Open one HTML file in your browser and start working. No administrator rights or installer required — it even runs from a USB drive.
LOGADEC is time-series visualization and analysis software that runs in your web browser from a single file. It needs no installation and makes no network connections, so it works on isolated test benches and in environments with restricted network access. Please check your organization's rules before using it on company PCs.
Recommended: latest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

LOGADEC never connects to the network. License verification happens entirely on your machine, so it runs in closed and air-gapped networks.
Open large logs and hundreds of channels without splitting files. See the whole run, then zoom straight to the moment that matters.
Your IT review covers exactly one HTML file.
Save the zip file and extract it.
Open the extracted HTML file in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Nothing to configure.

An .lgd file carries your data along with axis settings, calculations, analysis parameters and view range. Anyone can open it in the free version and see exactly what you saw — today or months from now. (Saving .lgd files will be available in the trial and paid versions.)
.lgd→Viewers (free, unlimited)Each viewer downloads the free version from this site — free, no registration.
The free version includes every viewing and analysis feature. A paid license lets you save and share results as .lgd files and work with more channels.

Updates are a right to receive new versions. After they lapse, any version whose build date is on or before the end date keeps working (the build date is shown in the app's About screen).
We plan to offer free licenses for teaching and research to applicants with an institutional email address, starting when sales open.
License keys are verified on your machine. No license server is involved, so use does not depend on the state of any server on our side.
Your data stays in your own files. No cloud shutdown can lock you out of it.
Every release goes through thousands of automated tests. Each bug fix adds a test that reproduces the original issue.

Neither. Just open the HTML file in your browser.
We recommend the latest Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Firefox and Safari also work, but saving downloads a new file instead of overwriting the existing one.
Large CSV files open without splitting. How much you can handle depends on the number of columns, the data, the memory of your computer and the browser. The free version loads up to 1,000 channels.
Once the trial and paid licenses are available, you can save your analysis to an .lgd file and share it; recipients open it with the free version. For now, you can share exported images and CSV files.
The loaded data (including hidden series) and your display and analysis settings. Values are stored before filters and unit conversions are applied; filters, conversions and formulas are stored as settings (formulas as their definitions) and recalculated when the file is opened, so you see the same screen. It is not a backup of the original CSV or Excel file.
Yes. Each person downloads the free version from this site (free, no registration). Giving the free version's file to others, or placing it where others can access it, is not permitted under the license agreement (Articles 5 and 6).
Nothing stops working. Any version whose build date is on or before the end of your update period remains yours to use. The build date is shown in the app's About screen.

Yes. Each numeric channel is loaded as a "group/channel" column. TDMS files saved in the DAQmx raw data format are not supported. See how to open TDMS files.
