Downloading the free version does not require your name or email address. How we handle server access logs and the information you send us is described below.
For security, troubleshooting and usage statistics, our web server (Core Server by GMO Digirock, Inc.) keeps access logs — IP address, date and time, pages viewed and browser type — for a limited period.
To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). It uses no cookies and counts pages viewed, referrers, browser types and countries without identifying individuals. The site shows no advertising. LOGADEC itself makes no network connections.
Emails sent to support@logadec.com are used only to reply to you. We receive and store them in Gmail (Google LLC, USA) and use an AI service from Anthropic, PBC (USA) to categorize them and prepare draft replies. Every reply is reviewed by us before it is sent. Please do not include measurement data or confidential business information in your message or attachments.
Files you open in LOGADEC started from "Try it in your browser" are read only inside your browser and are not sent to this site's server. The LOGADEC page started there has no analytics tag.
